Who Can Vote
If you are eligible to vote, you are eligible to vote for the bond.
If you are a college student from Winona who goes to school somewhere else, you can request an absentee ballot to be sent your home address--your family would need to forward it to you at school. Or you could stop by for early voting if you are home after September 21 (see below).
If you are a college student attending school in Winona, you can vote at a polling place as a Winona resident as long as you have not requested an absentee ballot from your home residence.

You can vote for the bond on Nov. 6th from 7AM to 8PM.

You can vote early in person at the Winona County Office during regular business hours (8-4) starting on September 21. Also, Nov. 3 from 10-2 and Nov. 5 from 8-5
